We are a small firm of quantity surveyors providing in house commercial services. For the past 12 years almost exclusively concerned with the Building Services elements of a project. Usually  the projects are large and in some cases iconic both in the UK and Sweden. The technical director is a qualified chartered quantity surveyor who trained with consultant quantity surveyors in central London. After qualification he spent 2 years working as an Associate Partner and then worked in the Middle East for 7 years for a local contractor dealing with all aspects of building and civils works. Upon returning to the UK he eventually formed this business and has been providing commercial services ever since.
